Khe co giãn chống nứt

Qua thời gian, các vật liệu sử dụng trong 1 tòa nhà sẽ chuyển vị. Điều này xảy ra do nhiều nguyên nhân như: chuyển vị của nền móng, co giãn nhiệt, co ngót của các loại vật liệu khác nhau, thời tiết và nền đất. Nếu điều này không được kiểm soát sẽ tạo ra lực nén lên các vật liệu, và sẽ gây ra hiện tượng nứt.
Để thích ứng, Khe co giãn được áp dụng để giảm đến mức tối thiểu hiện tượng nứt tường. Các vị trí cần thiết có khe co giãn, cần rộng tối thiểu 10mm ở các vị trí:
1. Tiếp giáp giữa tường bao và tường ngăn.
2. Tại điểm tiếp giáp với các vật liệu khác.
3. Khi chiều dài tường quá 6m.
4. Khi khác nền móng hoặc chiều cao nền móng.
5. Tại điểm khác biệt chiều cao tường hoặc độ dày.
6. Điểm tiếp giáp tường và cột.
7. Tại điểm tiếp giáp với sàn và dầm.
8. Tại điểm tạo rãnh sâu quá 1/3 bề dày tấm panel.
Vị trí của các khe này phụ thuộc vào nhiều yếu tố, bao gồm sự ổn định kết cấu và hệ giằng của tòa nhà, do đó cần tham khảo thêm ý kiến của đơn vị thiết kế cho việc bố trí.

Over time, the materials used in a building will be moved. This happens due to many reasons such as: displacement of the foundation, thermal expansion and contraction of different materials, weather and ground. If this is not controlled, compressive forces will be exerted on the materials, and will cause cracking.
For adaptation, control joints are applied to minimize wall cracking. The necessary positions have control joints, which should be at least 10mm wide at the following positions:
1. Junction of external in internal walls.
2. Where walls built in dissimilar materials.
3. In straight, continuous walls having no openings, at not more than 6m centres and not closer than the height of the wall away from corners.

6. Contiguous point of wall and column.
7. Contiguous point of wall and slabs.
8. At deep chases over 1/3 of block thickess.
The positions of these joints depend on many factors, including structural stability and the bracing of the building, so it is important to consult with the designers.
